The German’s have landed!!! Well, actually they gone home after their 1-0 loss to Spain! This German however is here to stay! Who said that BMW was not able to make some of the best bikes around today? Considering that some of the BMW HP2 Sport parts come from the BMW ///M Range, you can only expect the best! The owner, Rolf van Deijzen, whom I’ve known for some time is an avid racer, especially likes those track days, as well as his wife Letecia, also an avid biker will ride circles around many guys on the track. The van Deijzen family is BMW fanatics through and through, considering Rolf’s other rides include the BMW 1200 GS Adventure (daily ride) and a 2001 BMW ///M5!, also being the owner of Bruce’s Mechanical Workshop/ Spares in Kenilworth helps in knowing the in’s and out’s of these wonderful german toys! The HP2 Sport might not be the fastest of the BMW bikes, but definitely up there with the best of them (coming soon is the “groot meneer” of the BMW sport bikes). Trust the Germans to make a bike of premium quality! Same build quality and standards as BMW cars! If you don’t know much about the BMW bikes, then you have to check them out for yourself…
