POWERSERIES REGIONALS + AFRICAN 3 HOUR ENDURO

The 6th of June saw the 4th round of the regional Power Series race meeting at Killarney. The event was much looked forward to by many as it included the Cape Town leg of the national African 3 hour endurance race.


What made it interesting was that this race was set to start at 4pm and run well into darkness, creating that Le Mans type of feel. Adding to that feeling was the carnival including various rides for kids happening behind the new pit area keeping young and old occupied.


While the old pits was buzzing with preperations and pit stop practice for the endurance race.


We tried to capture as much as we could of the regional event from GTi Challenge to Superbikes…


But we couldn’t wait for the enduro. From tricked out Mk1’s, Porsches, Radicals to Le Mans Prototypes, it was a feast for eyes and ears.


There were even some old school Porsche's and this one particularly was my favourite.
