Now, I don’t think a Honda is slow! (Seeing how I had a pretty quick CBR600RR as well !) And especially after witnessing a certain Repsol Honda kick ass! I know this Honda isn’t slow!

Wat we have here is a 2005 Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade in Repsol replica colours kicking ass all over the place! And witnessed 1st hand how fast a Honda can really be!

One Sunday morning on a breakfast run, doing our usual thing, we lined up for a dice. In the dice we had this Repsol Honda (1000cc Blade), myself (GSXR750) squeezing in to play with, a 2007 Yamaha R1 and a K9 GSXR1000. We doing a 2nd gear rolling start… lined up, check each other for response and we off! 2nd gear out we all together, 3rd we still there, 4th into 5th and the 1000cc’s start pulling high numbers!! Leaving me behind! And that’s when I saw the Honda really start opening the gap, bigger and bigger! Running the 07 Yamaha R1 with ease! Sorry Gary! You know you got your ass handed to you! Not bad for a Honda!
