All my fav cars were there, FSR’s unmistakable gold S13, Ready D’s 200sx and of course the Yellow and Silver slant front Toyota duo, as seen at almost every drift event in the cape, proof that you don’t need huge horsepower to make drifting look good. The rides and stand was well presented, having a shiny assortment of go fast drift gadgets and even a nice video display, of the very rides in front of you appearing on a huge screen, doing what they were built for…drifting! Some of the other stands, had some interesting feature cars, like an Opel Corsa bakkie with LCD screen’s in the side steps of the rear section, quite ala “pimp my ride”, I was almost expecting Xzibit to be jumping out from behind the bakkie telling me I have “officially been pimped”!
